Giorgio worked on Donna Summer's 1977 opus "I Remember Yesterday" and previewed the future of dance music with her epic version of "I Feel Love". He was also working on his own album at the same time using the same type of electronic arrangement to dazzle and excite the senses and a month later released the epochal "From Here To Eternity", an electronic dance fantasy that approached the sound of science fiction. While neither single hit #1 disco, "I Feel Love" peaked at #3 and "From Here To Eternity" peaked at #2 the impact of these two productions on dance music is undeniable.
