BANDO
REGOLAMENTO
Art. 1 Destinatari del concorso
Alle selezioni possono partecipare artisti di qualsiasi nazionalità e religione, senza limiti di età, operanti in qualsiasi campo artistico.
Art. 2 Tema - stili
La tematica è libera e personale, sono ammesse tutte le forme delle Arti Visive: scultura, pittura, fotografia, arte digitale, grafica e incisioni, e tutte le tecniche.
Art. 3 Come partecipare
Per partecipare alle selezioni, bisogna collegarsi a questa pagina:

Digitare correttamente i dati richiesti negli spazi appositi (quelli con "*" sono obbligatori) ed allegare la foto (selezionare la foto cliccando "Sfoglia" e successivamente cliccare su "Upload") per confermare i dati inseriti cliccare su "Salva".
E' consentito partecipare alle selezioni con UNA SOLA OPERA LA CUI DIMENSIONE COMPRENSIVA DI EVENTUALE CORNICE o listello (ma non è necessaria va bene anche esporre solo la tela o tavola ) non superi la misura totale di 70x70.
L'utilizzo del vetro è caldamente sconsigliato e non sarà rimborsato in caso di rottura.
Le sculture non dovranno superare nessuna delle misure seguenti : base cm. 30 x 30, altezza cm. 40, peso Kg.30; non saranno accettate sculture con materiali fragili.
Si declina ogni responsabilità del mancato funzionamento del sito web o della posta elettronica, in caso di problemi per la compilazione della scheda online scrivere a selezioni@artintheworld.net
Art. 4 Selezione
Verranno prescelti gli artisti che si saranno distinti per originalità e qualità espressiva.
Ogni artista potrà esporre una sola opera in base alle dimensioni citate nel punto 3 .
La selezione avviene attraverso il vaglio di tutte le immagini inviate.
Soltanto le opere così selezionate parteciperanno alla Mostra d'Arte Contemporanea ArtExpo Autumn Rome.
La partecipazione alle selezioni non prevede alcuna quota, mentre il versamento della quota di partecipazione di 99 euro sarà invece obbligatorio nella fase successiva per gli artisti selezionati che intendono partecipare alla rassegna, solo per gli artisti iscritti al portale Artists in the World la quota di partecipazione alla rasssegna è di 89 euro.
La quota stabilita andrà versata entro 3 giorni dal ricevimento della mail di avvenuta selezione, nelle modalità che vi saranno espressamente indicate.
La quota di partecipazione garantisce all'artista selezionato i seguenti servizi per la promozione della mostra:
* VERNISSAGE con Cocktail (vino e buffett)
* Allestimento e disallestimento
* Inviti e comunicazione mediante mailing list di circa 45.000 contatti
* Inserimento dell'evento sui siti artistici e sui blog
* Progettazione grafica e distribuzione materiale grafico publicitario
* 5mila Flyer e Locandine
* Guardiania per tutto il periodo della mostra
* Assistenza alla vendita
* Video con presentazione artisti pre mostra (visibile in rete)
* Video vernissage inaugurale (visibile in rete)
* Foto della manifestazione consultabili on-line
L'artista potrà vendere la sua opera nell'arco della rassegna al prezzo da lui stabilito e, in caso di vendita nessuna percentuale è richiesta dalla galleria.
Se gli artisti selezionati non verseranno la suddetta quota entro i tempi stabiliti, gli stessi saranno immediatamente esclusi dalla manifestazione e l'opportunità verrà estesa ad altri artisti, questi ultimi selezionati successivamente.
Art. 5 Presentazione delle opere
Agli artisti selezionati saranno richieste le opere originali IMBALLATE A REGOLA D'ARTE, scrivere sul pacco "ArtExpo Autumn Rome" oltre al proprio nome e cognome, le opere dovranno pervenire entro e non oltre il giorno 1 novembre 2016 (le opere possono essere spedite oppure consegnate a mano) all'indirizzo di Roma che sarà comunicato appena conclusa la selezione, e saranno poi trasportate in galleria a nostre spese.
I dipinti e le fotografie dovranno essere già predisposte per l'allestimento e provviste di attaccaglia/gancio centrale.
Le opere inviate per corrispondenza saranno accettate solo con spese e rischio a carico del partecipante, sia per l'andata sia per il ritorno (restituzione). L'ente organizzatore declina ogni responsabilità dal danneggiamento, smarrimento, furto o altro imprevisto relativo alle opere. Non si accetteranno o pagheranno fatture per spese di trasporto.
Art. 6 Restituzione delle opere ammesse
Sara' possibile sia il ritiro diretto dell'opera senza alcun costo sempre all'indirizzo di Roma che sarà comunicato appena conclusa la selezione, sia la rispedizione dell'opera con spese a carico dell'artista da un nostro corriere di fiducia (NON saranno accettati altri corrieri).
Art. 7 Liberatoria
Gli organizzatori, pur avendo la massima cura delle opere ricevute, non si assumono alcuna responsabilità per eventuali danni di trasporto, manomissioni, incendio, furto o altre cause durante il periodo della manifestazione, del magazzinaggio, dell'esposizione e della giacenza.
Art. 8 Accettazione delle condizioni
Gli artisti sono garanti dell'originalità dell'opera che presentano e partecipando alla collettiva INTERNAZIONALE "ArtExpo Autumn Rome" accettano implicitamente tutte le norme contenute nel presente bando, nessuna esclusa. L'artista partecipante dichiara di aver letto attentamente il presente regolamento e di accettarlo dunque in tutti i suoi punti.

REGULATION
Art. 1 Target recipients
The theme is free. "ArtExpo Autumn Rome" targets artists working in all forms of visual arts: painting, sculpture, photography, digital, graphics, engravings; of any nationality and any religious beliefs, regardless of age and gender, working in any artistic field.
Art 2 H ow to participate
To participate in the selection, you must go at link to this page:

successfully enter the information requested in the spaces provided (those with "*" are required)
and attach the photo (click the photo by clicking the "Browse" and then click "upload") to confirm the data entered click "Save".
Is possible to participate in the selection with only one artwork whose size including any trim or FRAME (but is not necessary it's OK to expose only the canvas or board) does not exceed the total size of 70 cm width x maximum height of 70 cm .
The sculptures will not overcome any of the following measures: base cm. 30 x 30 cm height. 40, Kg.30 weight.
The use of glass is a bad idea and will not be refunded the cost of glass in case of breakage.

Article 3 Selection
We select artists who will be distinguished for originality and expressive quality.
Each artist can exhibit only one artwork based on the size mentioned at article 2.
No fee is requested to participate in the selection. The selected artists who confirm their participation in the exhibition are requested to pay a partecipation fee of 99 euros.
For artist that are already presents in our web site the partecipation fee is 89 euros instead of 99 euros.
The fee allows the artist to have the following facilities:
* OPENING with a cocktail (wine and Buffett)
* Setting up and dismantling
* Invitations and communication by mailing list of 45,000 contacts
* Inserting artistic event sites
* Graphic Design graphic material Publicity and distribution
* 5000 Flyers and Poster
* Guardians
* Sales assistance
* Video with pre-show presentation of artists (visible on the network)
* Video inaugural vernissage (visible on the network)
* Photos of the event available online
The artist can sell his/her work during the exhibition at the price he/she will set and, in the event of sale, no percentage is required by the Art Gallery.
The selected artists who do not pay the participation fee will be excluded from the event and other artists will be invited, to be subsequently selected.
Article 4 Presentation of Selected Artworks
Selected artists will be asked for the original works packed to perfection, on the package they will have to write "ArtExpo Autumn Rome" in addition to their name / surname. The artworks must be received no later than November 1, 2016 (they may be mailed or delivered in person) at the address in Rome that will be communicated once the selection is completed. They will then be moved to the gallery at the expense of the organization.
The paintings and photographs should already be prepared for set up and equipped with central hanger. The artworks sent by mail will be accepted only with costs and risks borne by the participant, both for the incoming shipping and for the return (return).
IMPORTANT
Only for outside Europe: We must receive the artworks "DUTY FREE/PAID – Custom Cleared".
Article 5 Return of the artworks
It will be possible to directly pick up the artwork at no cost at the address in Rome that will be communicated once the selection is completed.
It is also possible to have the artwork shipped back at the expense of the artist by our trusted courier (other couriers are NOT accepted).
Article 6 Disclaimer
The organizers, although the greatest care of the works received, do not assume any liability for any transport damage, tampering, fire, theft or other causes during the period of the exhibition, storage, exposure and stock.
Article 7 Acceptance of Terms
The artists guarantee the originality of the artwork they present and by
participating in the exhibition "ArtExpo Autumn Rome" they implicitly accept all
the rules contained in this announcement. The participating artist declares
to have read these rules and accepts them in all its points.
In the upper floor there are some panels (200 cm high x 150 cm)
that can used for a solo exhibition during ArtExpo Autumn Rome,

Article 3 Selection
We select artists who will be distinguished for originality and expressive quality.
Each artist can exhibit only one artwork based on the size mentioned at article 2.
No fee is requested to participate in the selection. The selected artists who confirm their participation in the exhibition are requested to pay a partecipation fee of 99 euros.
For artist that are already presents in our web site the partecipation fee is 89 euros instead of 99 euros.
The fee allows the artist to have the following facilities:
* OPENING with a cocktail (wine and Buffett)
* Setting up and dismantling
* Invitations and communication by mailing list of 45,000 contacts
* Inserting artistic event sites
* Graphic Design graphic material Publicity and distribution
* 5000 Flyers and Poster
* Guardians
* Sales assistance
* Video with pre-show presentation of artists (visible on the network)
* Video inaugural vernissage (visible on the network)
* Photos of the event available online
The artist can sell his/her work during the exhibition at the price he/she will set and, in the event of sale, no percentage is required by the Art Gallery.
The selected artists who do not pay the participation fee will be excluded from the event and other artists will be invited, to be subsequently selected.
Article 4 Presentation of Selected Artworks
Selected artists will be asked for the original works packed to perfection, on the package they will have to write "ArtExpo Autumn Rome" in addition to their name / surname. The artworks must be received no later than November 1, 2016 (they may be mailed or delivered in person) at the address in Rome that will be communicated once the selection is completed. They will then be moved to the gallery at the expense of the organization.
The paintings and photographs should already be prepared for set up and equipped with central hanger. The artworks sent by mail will be accepted only with costs and risks borne by the participant, both for the incoming shipping and for the return (return).
IMPORTANT
Only for outside Europe: We must receive the artworks "DUTY FREE/PAID – Custom Cleared".
Article 5 Return of the artworks
It will be possible to directly pick up the artwork at no cost at the address in Rome that will be communicated once the selection is completed.
It is also possible to have the artwork shipped back at the expense of the artist by our trusted courier (other couriers are NOT accepted).
Article 6 Disclaimer
The organizers, although the greatest care of the works received, do not assume any liability for any transport damage, tampering, fire, theft or other causes during the period of the exhibition, storage, exposure and stock.
Article 7 Acceptance of Terms
The artists guarantee the originality of the artwork they present and by
participating in the exhibition "ArtExpo Autumn Rome" they implicitly accept all
the rules contained in this announcement. The participating artist declares
to have read these rules and accepts them in all its points.
In the upper floor there are some panels (200 cm high x 150 cm)
that can used for a solo exhibition during ArtExpo Autumn Rome,
